The staff is friendly and attentive and the facility is clean and well kept...but the corporate pricing structure is predatory and anti-small business. They tempt you in with an attractive offer to rent space...then every 6-9 months they slap you with a 9-12% rent increase. I now pay MORE per square ft for STORAGE than I do for my commercial retail space just a few blocks away.
