Staff was knowledge and very helpful. They definitely went The extra mile to help me find exactly what I needed. I suffer from server memory loss, and the Manager was extremely patient and helped me use the keypad to exit. My unit was extremely Clean Inside as well. William A. Lopez
We've had a storage unit here for more than six years, I love the environment, Very safe. The staff is awesome and very friendly and respectful, I lost my storage through auction, which hurt my heart, but it was our fault for none payment, They did everything right, they called many times and mailed many letters, our procrastination lost our storage and it was our fault, : ( . I would and will want a storage unit again IF they will have us.
I really had an overall great experience with StorAmerica, Sarah was awesome, she took care of our second rental (yes, 2nd thats how much I trust them) with confidence and the whole way through I was pleased. We even checked on one of our other spaces and she came out to make sure we were okay. So awesome, thanks Sarah and Tammy. I appreciate the professionalism ya'll provide.

Good place to store and has decent prices even though they raise them every year. Even with an emergency, as a Veteran who never pays late, they will NOT budge or work with you on late fees just as a heads up.
