Worst storage place ever! Don't waste your money here, go to Extra Space or anywhere else. Too many break-ins and the staff is super rude. The manager can't do anything to help you, always blaming things on being out of her control. Fake customer service, avoid at all costs!Ā
They did a great job there at this storage place I was very happy with their service the lady at the front Desk Yolanda and the manager Beatrice was very nice and helpful I think Yolanda. Also need to be a manager herself. It was a pleasure doing business.Ā
After receiving my code and I tried to access it and I was denied. I immediately went into the office and they made it right. I like my new storage and the price is excellent.Ā
Great customer service. Thank you Yolanda and Beatrice! They were knowledgeable, courteous and quick. The place is well kept up. The prices are fair.Ā
I have been with them for years , the staff is very kind and are always so nice .Ā
