We rented a unit last weekend. The staff was polite and helpful. The rate was fair. The facility is clean and well kept. I would recommend this place based on my experience.

This is my local storage place until I get settled. I was very impressed with the people I spoke with on the phone and the overall general experience. "The Good" - It feels very safe. You need a code to walk anywhere... From accessing the entrance or the main area. - The fees are very reasonable all things considered. No one answers the phone you have a problem and when you leave a message nobody responds. I've been having a problem with the price increase for a while now. The price went from $164-$243 in less than one year. That is insane. As soon as I have the money I'm moving my stuff out. Do not use this place to store your items because they will continue to jack up the price on you and not give you a legitimate reason why

Horrible experience the staff is never there you have to call for her to show up. Once she showed up she had a Rockweiler loose in the location. Do not waste your time or money with this establishment.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I traveled out of town for a couple of months for business and when I returned, I was informed that my unit was up for auction. I paid the unit before I left, but stayed out on business longer that was anticipated. 22 days late (if my memory serves me correctly), OK no problem, just let me pay the bill. $670.00 is what it cost me to regain control of my storage unit. This place is the worse. I'm just renting a u-haul from here because this is the only place that had one left the size I need and the lady that works here is so rude and just chit chatting when I have to hurry up because I'll be driving hours until late tonight because she doesn't know how to do her job. It's one thing to not know how to do your job but it's another to throw a major attitude while being an idiot at the same time. The facility is clean, the billing is fraudulent. I was told one amount for storage and when the October bill came it was almost $100 more than I was quoted. When the issue was pointed out I was told I had to wait for the one staff person who could issue a refund over FIVE days. UNACCEPTABLE! If my payment was FIVE days late I'd have to pay penalties. I would give a lower score but I can't. Bill Coldwell & Bill Guilini seemed to have it out for me. I left some small debris infront of my storage unit, as I work with trees for my artwork. I went out of town. They called me, not once but twice. I spoke to them both times telling them I am out of town. When I got back immediately cleaned and even took photos as it was "a very small amount" which they know they could have cleaned as I am paying them for the unit. Horrible place to do business with. The manager only sees things one way his way. He was employed only to increase profits. That's why they have constant price hikes. Bend the rules to meet their agenda to charge hidden fees or false late fees. I would not recommend this place under Bills management.
