My experience was excellent! I would highly recommend this place to everyone! Juan took the time to answer all of my questions. He also spoke Spanish with my parents and made them feel welcome and comfortable speaking their native language—this meant a lot to us! Overall great service and very helpful!

I needed to rent a storage unit and stopped by the office to inquired about my options. Juan was an amazing help, not only very personable and friendly but also very knowledgeable too. He showed me the different units available that met my need, patiently explained the contract and company policies and walked me though how to lock up and use the access code.
