Normally I don’t have an issue at the storage. I’ve occupied a space there since December 2019. Recently my rate increased. In addition, I rented a space on Saturday morning and wanted to make some changes after renting but I wasn’t able to find any who worked there. I’m not sure if the site is under new management or has a new employee but it has been weird the last few days. I rented a 5 x 10 storage space. Process renting was fine, although it seemed to take fairly long. I rented it inside the on site office as opposed to using the call center. Monthly rental fee is fair. I am disappointed by one thing, and that is the light next to my unit is not working. All the other lights work except the one next to my unit. Access code didn't work on first day of the lease. We looked for the manager on duty, no one there. No one answered the phone. Have been back three times, during posted business hours, and there's no one there to help. And there're not "on property" since there were no cars parked there. Highly disappointed and will not recommend.
