Becky made all the difference! Booked unit over the phone and actually thought I had reserved at a different storage place. Becky was able to get me back on track and was absolutely amazing. The unit I thought I booked online was not the unit I wanted. Becky handled my issue with professionalism and empathy. She had a great personality the entire time I will always use them for storage and refer people to this facility.
