Ran into an issue however Arizona was on top of things. She has exceptional customer service and the best disposition a company could ask for. Thank you store space for having such a great employee representing your company.
I haven't used this place to see if it's as good as advertised, but it seems like a quite good deal for storage. Less than $40 for a 5'×5' unit, slightly more for a 5'×10'. Lots of units are still available, in what seems to be a pretty new facility. (Spring 2024 prices mentioned here.) Maybe not a totally ideal location with the 30th St bridge being repaired, but still a reasonably central location in the city, in a seemingly decent neighborhood.
Arizona was super friendly and helpful! She made sure all my needs were met and made the signing process simple and easy.
I just moved in, but I am very impressed with this facility. It is relatively new, and is very clean, and it is like Fort Knox. I am very comfortable with having my property in the facility, I feel very secure. And Arizona, the site manager, is absolutely fantastic. She is extremely personable, knowledgeable about her business, very friendly, and professional in representing the company. I would give Arizona, and the storage unit, 10 stars if that was possible.
Really sick of not being able to use the bay door when I need to use it, especially after being told numerous times that it is temporary. Please get it together. Not everyone can get here before 5 oclock and it’s causing an inconvenience.
