The facility is clean, well-lit, and not surrounded by sketchy people. But I rented a 5 x 10 unit and expected a 5x10 unit! I took a tape measure to see how small. It is exactly 3' x 9' 6". That 3' is a kicker! I can't get basic furniture inside so it will only be used for boxes. Go see your unit first! I had already signed a lease.

Jesus H. C ohhhh, i can' cuss enough about how frustrated i am. WHY does your website not allow me to forward my contract - info on address, access code, etc. to my immediate family????? Are you trying to take possession of my unit? REALLY? WTF????? Why is this simple task so f'rigg'n difficult. Respond, or i'm contacting my lawyer, and we'll lay down an really nice suit. I'm done wasting time on this simple request. Additionally, I'll be sending you an invoice for my WASTED time working on this.
