We worked with Jacob who was both professional and knowledgeable. We were impressed with Store Space amenities and security. After signing our lease we were met by Mona who helped us find our unit and work the door lock. Mona was so very kind and knowledgeable. Impressed with Store Space!!
The staff is very friendly and professional. The lady at the front is so sweet, she has always helped as much as possible. Her amazing customer service is why I continue to use this company. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!!
BEWARE! constant rate increases and scammy behavior! The location of this storage unit is great and feels safe and secure. The front staff is kind as well. I’m giving 2 stars due to the scammy behaviors of this facility. We had been paying customers since September 2023. We started with a 10x10 at $104/month. 6 months later in March 2023 our rent got increased to $130/month.
