Recently worked with Matt to downsize our larger unit we've had a few years (since CubeSmart.) Matt and his good partner in the office (sorry, can't remember his name) were terrific and walked me through the downsize situation, told me about the current promotion to save some money (50% savings!) and were there for any questions I had. Amazing service and facility!!! Stopped in today to get a smaller unit form the one I had , just needed less space. Sean had such a pleasant personality and willingness to make my transition from one unit to another seamless. One of the reasons I love this location is the cleanliness, security and friendly staff, it is truly rare these days to have such an amazing experience. This facility used to be CubeSmart and it was well managed and spotless! Store Space now operates this facility and it’s filthy. They have raised my rental fee every year! The last few times I visited my unit the heat was turned down and there were dead flies on the floor for a month. I had to switch my unit the first week because of glue on the unit floor. They don’t sweep or vacuum. Every time I go to the unit it looks the pics I posted.
I came in today to rent a storage unit and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional customer service I received from Sean.The rental process was seamless and efficient. Sean walked me through all the necessary paperwork and explained the terms clearly then proceeded to show me around the facility (very clean).I highly recommend this storage facility for anyone in need of one.
I am not yet using my storage unit in Cranston, RI, but have had a few occasions to speak with the manager, Matt, who has been wonderful helping me resolve a few difficulties. If doing business with Matt is an indication of what to expect from Store Space, I know I will be a happy customer.
