This is the 3rd se of beds that have been messed up in your facility at first I thought it was water damage but now I see it is not water damage. It must be one of the biggest field rats that could be in the storage. Please have the owners of your storage unit contact me as soon as possible you all waved out the water damage, but now it is droppings in my storage that I have never seen that big. There are several thefts here. When your items are stolen they are not responsive nor cooperative. Do not use this facility. Management is not helpful and you cannot get anyone from corporate to contact you

do not trust this place , rate keeps going up on an unsafe property, your stuff is not safe here my storage was broken into and half of my stuff was stolen (outside cookware, toolbox and tools , etc..) by someone who had a gate code to get in and rob folks property cops where called and as usual they took a report and I never heard back from them or the storage manager on who code these guys used to rob me must I add the whole thing is on video avoid this place …might I add I didn't have insurance because the lady who gave ... read more

I think ? the Storage needs to put more Cameras in the Storage units ? that way they can see clearly who's breaking in the Storage. I had a very bad experience with the Storage and it hasn't been a month yet and someone broke into my Storage unit. It's sad because I did ? a review on it and it was the best Storage place than the other ones ? but I guess that wasn't true. Someone broke in my Storage unit on October 23 2021 I was very upset ? ? because I was the only one that got broken to why? me I don't understand why.

I really like this place. It's clean and well kelp. It's very busy each and every time I'm there and it's the same person (gentleman). He's always by himself. He's very good at multitasking, however, it appears that he needs some additional help at that location. I've been in numerous of times, not that I'm in a big hurry, he needs some help. I hope to see an additional person there the next time I'm at the office. No one should be running around "like a chicken with it's head cut of" which is what I noticed! I give the faci... read more

well when I first came in there was alot of confusion and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I had already set up a reservation and price was already established with a awesome rep. Luis and Tamara not only was rude right off the bat but had supposed wrong paperwork charging me ALOT more that was supposed to be w/o getting the free month. luckily Mr. Luis was immediately able to correct the problem and make sure that I got the correct price and free month as advertised. The location staff was very nice and helpful but the over the phone staff were a bunch of liars that will do anything to get a sale even put you in a unit to small for your items but swear it's big enough.
