I had the best experience in a storage company with this company. I’m new to in town. Move my father in town too, and everything was set up so organized it made for the transition to be so easy and painless. Should I need storage in the future? I will definitely Tell a friend and use this place anyone thinking about it the rates are good. The size of the rooms are OK for the price. I appreciate James for the customer service. He provided the most.
First of all, how refreshing that you can call the posted number and James answers every time! Not only that, he's on-site and available when needed. From the ease of obtaining a unit to being personally shown where everything was located and how to access it was a super pleasant experience. The facility appeared clean, well maintained, and secure (even monitored). James was great. Popped by on a late Friday to get a quote and see a unit. Not only did he share the specials with me but he patiently showed me several units so I could make the best decisions. Very happy with the service.
