I had the best experience in a storage company with this company. I’m new to in town. Move my father in town too, and everything was set up so organized it made for the transition to be so easy and painless. Should I need storage in the future? I will definitely Tell a friend and use this place anyone thinking about it the rates are good. The size of the rooms are OK for the price. I appreciate James for the customer service. He provided the most.
I am currently renting from this place. And as rates are about to go up. They have an auction (without letting the customers know). My wife and I get blocked in where we can't get into our car. Site manager (James?) Yells at us and calls me a crybaby and says I have a bad attitude when I just simply let him know about the situation, where his immediate answer is for me to crawl through my car. Carly was beyond amazing, kind and helpful!!!! She stopped what she was doing (cleaning a unit) to help me and made me feel like it was absolutely not a bother to do so! She offered options to assist me and made me laugh a ton with her positive attitude!
First of all, how refreshing that you can call the posted number and James answers every time! Not only that, he's on-site and available when needed. From the ease of obtaining a unit to being personally shown where everything was located and how to access it was a super pleasant experience. The facility appeared clean, well maintained, and secure (even monitored). James was very efficient in helping us find a unit, and very polite. It was clear that he wanted to do his job well and we appreciated this as the top reason for giving this place a 5 star review.
