I booked a storage unit online! Went to the unit but there was a lock on there which I never received the code too, plus it was dirty and had a smell in the hallway! So I never moved into the unit ! I literally called the next morning to cancel everything because I was no longer interested! This was an inconvenience on their end!! Now they are playing with my refund???? Where is my money
I rented one storage locker, it went smoothly. I needed a second locker and I didn’t get the same experience. Reserved for Thursday move in. Came Friday and could not access the locker. Contacted customer service to get the code to the lock on the locker. It stated my account was past due even though I just reserved it the day before and account shows paid until 6/30/25. My experience was really nice it was an easy move out process and when I was scared to go up stairs by myself the young lady (Donetta I think I spelled it right) went with me.
Very nice customer service ,great Prices and overall clean storage unit ,10/10 experience would use them again and recommend to everyone.
Customer service never returns your phone calls. There is never anyone in the onsite office. Multiple calls and emails. Absolutely no response at all. Trying to get my stuff out. Gonna resort to stopping payments. Stay far away, its Hotel California for storage.
