Customer service never returns your phone calls. There is never anyone in the onsite office. Multiple calls and emails. Absolutely no response at all. Trying to get my stuff out. Gonna resort to stopping payments. Stay far away, its Hotel California for storage.
IAm very please with the unit . I love the clean and well lit area . Also having the carts available and near the elevator helped a lot. The agent was very helpful when I couldn’t get into the unit.

The day I was supposed to to move in they were closed. And I had to pay for an extra day of using the U-Haul due to unforeseen closure on my move in date. I have been calling daily since a new month started, unless y’all close every other day I’m not understanding why 3 days in a row I can’t get someone in office on the phone when the office is supposedly open 6 days out the week. I’ll be damned if I waste gas again to find out you are closed AGAIN! Will never rent here ever again. But someone need to answer cuz I been tryin... read more
Never again !!!!!!! Never answer phone heard to get in contact with someone !!!!!!! I was told a date and my storage was sold before date now me and my kids belongings are gone smh
