I purchased a storage unit from the company cause it was located near my employer. Worst decision I ever MADE!!! They put a padlock on my unit, stating that I needed to sign a new form they had submitted. Even though my payments were updated and direct deposited out of my account. I went online and submitted for rental of a storage unit. I never received the follow up information for access as was shared in the confirmation email I received. I then emailed the address provided, no response. Called the only number I could find, the representative said she is sales only (isnt that what I was trying to do!), she blind transferred me to the location on *********. Horrible! I've been a renting tenant for the past 3 years and a dead mouse was in my unit. I called the manager on site to let him know I just swept the dead rodents out into the hallway. The rodent left drippings chewed through some of my boxes with my items that were purchased with my hard earned money. I was told to file a complaint with pictures! Predatory pricing scheme. Their leases are month to month, so they can (and will) raise the rent once they anticipate that you're "locked in." After three months of being a tenant, they attempted to raise my rent by 25%. Management would not compromise, and I am in the process of moving out.

THEY raise your prices every month, when you pay online on their new auto system, charge you for 2 months and leave the other unit unpaid.
