A bigger truck could have been utilized to eliminate the number of trips back and forth from condo to sorage unit. this would have been more efficent, eliminating wasted time and eliminating extra cost to customer. storage unit needed to be bigger at very beginning, thus eliminating using 2 units. I am not sure how that could be eliminated for future customers. I am a little disappointed in the space. For one thing the light don't work so when i stopped by after dark I couldn't see anything and it's too high for me to change and I am on disability and can't climb on something to change it and I was also disappointed that you can only go till 10 pm to get your stuff. I don't understand why you are limited on when you can retrieve your own stuff since it is gated and nobody is there anyway. Did not receive the services, I did not receive a working passcode to the proper facility. If it was the proper facility, it was the wrong size unit and had a lock on 060. I've asked for a refund already, this is my second request. I did not receive access to the unit, there was no person available to speak with over the weekend, and I only had the weekend to move the items. Only having one entrance and exit on a busy road is not ideal. I had two vehicles coming in and there were two coming out. It was a cluster. Also, no instructions were given to use a * before the access code and a # after so I had to sit there and call like I was making a payment to get help. It was a Sunday so no Customer Support or Manager call transfer. Horrible first visit!!

Haven’t even signed a lease AND not using the storage and still have been charged. Called the location 4 times and each time was told someone would contact me regarding the issue. Also emailed a Kelly which told me someone would contact me.

Overall I am not happy with the service. I was not given my storage space unit number, and I called two days in a row leading up to the day I needed the space , Thursday March 31, and was unable to talk to anyone or get a return call. As a result, I had to make other arrangements that cost me even more money, and still have not used the space. I will not be needing the storage space after this current month April.
