Christina was fabulous. She took the time to make sure I got the perfect unit. Christina explained everything to me about storage. This is my first time using storage but if you are looking you have to come here.
Charles is wonderful. The facility is perfect for my needs. If you’re a turo host I high my recommend this place. Convenient to Sanford Orlando airport and it has everything you need to wash your car.
The moment I first called they made me feel completely at ease she answered all my questions and more. She went out of her way to help me get the biggest space for the best price, even after I was a few days late for my payment she was very understanding and explained everything perfectly, I am so happy with the decision of picking Mini mall storage and when I eventually get all my ducks In a row and no longer need my storage unit from then on I will be suggesting them if anyone inquiries on a good storage business. Easy to rent easy to use Easy to return very reasonable prices thank you so much and Charles was absolutely wonderful on my checkout process although I still haven't received the email saying that he went and check the unit I'm sure I'll get it eventually. Highly recommend! Also adding the after pictures proving that it was cleaned out.
