I would highly recommend this storage unit. They are very accommodating and I’ve had great interactions with all staff. Lisa goes above and beyond and I appreciate the effort she puts into taking care of customers.
Needed to scramble last minute to get storage unit (long story, teens can't be trusted), came across some sketchy places that weren't open when they should have been open or starting add lots of hidden fees. So glad we finally met Lisa at Store Space Self Storage, can't recommend her more highly. She was busily cleaning an already pretty spotless giant storage building, dropped everthing to help us. I’m really happy with the service I received at self storage at the Railroad Street location. When I was moving out of my old apartment I needed a place to hold my stuff temporarily while in between houses. Dorothy was a great help and made it a fast and easy process to get a storage unit. Tati is the best she help me find a unit and did mind that fact my special needs son cause me to make over 40+ different online reservation 😅 without even knowing! She also knows sign language and I witness hearing interacting with hard of hearing customer which honestly surprise me! Her personality is just what u need whenever ur down from putting all urstuff in storage!
