I’m really happy with the service I received at self storage at the Railroad Street location. When I was moving out of my old apartment I needed a place to hold my stuff temporarily while in between houses. Dorothy was a great help and made it a fast and easy process to get a storage unit. She helped me to upgrade my unit to a bigger one since mine was too small and was very helpful and knowledgeable. Store Space on Railroad St in Rochester is a great place for storage! The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained. The store manager is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond to assist customers. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable storage.
Very disappointed in the situation I had at this location. My lock was cut off and a different lock was put on (same lock that company sells) and I was asked to give a 5 star review to avoid paying a $40 cut off fee. I then decided I didn’t want to use this unit anymore because it seems sketchy and asked to move out. I wasn’t given any paper work and Tatai said I would not be able to get any refund for moving out early. I love Tatai at this location! She is an amazing lady! There was a break in there recently and she is a trooper for handling it the way she is. It is unfortunate that there are some rude and nasty people out there that would accuse an employee there, during the holidays there are horrible people there that steal from others (just watch the news with all these kids now a days stealing cars and breaking into cars to steal) but I trust my things with her.
