I used this storage facility twice in the past few years. Most recently I moved out on April 27th. It was very convenient to store my stuff there. No issues being able to access my belongings whenever I needed to. I did have one issue, but Lisa the very nice and knowledgeable manager, stayed on top of my issue till it was resolved! She wanted to make sure that I was a happy tenant. If you need a reasonable price storage unit this is the place! I had the wonderful experience to be greeted by Lisa, she is absolutely amazing. Before making a decision on the right storage Lisa didn’t hesitate to give me and my grandmother a tour of the building. She was super kind and had answers for all of my questions. The building is very secure and rather you have a lot of items or little, your items will be safe!
I would highly recommend this storage unit. They are very accommodating and I’ve had great interactions with all staff. Lisa goes above and beyond and I appreciate the effort she puts into taking care of customers.
I’m really happy with the service I received at self storage at the Railroad Street location. When I was moving out of my old apartment I needed a place to hold my stuff temporarily while in between houses. Dorothy was a great help and made it a fast and easy process to get a storage unit. She helped me to upgrade my unit to a bigger one since mine was too small and was very helpful and knowledgeable.
