Store Space is OUTSTANDING! I was in the middle of a huge move and was about to have a midlife crisis until amazing Kelly made things so much easier on me. The facility is very clean, actually smells good and the carts are very accessible and easy to use to move very heavy items. Kelly got me a unit close to a loading door and when I needed to upgrade to a larger unit she made it happen. She is what we call exceptional customer service professional. I came by the other day to get a quote on a space, as I will be moving soon and need storage. Kelly was amazing! It’s difficult enough to have to move, and get things going, but Kelly was great! I got to see the spaces and they were super clean compared to other places I have visited. Great customer service is hard to come by! Thanks Kelly for making my move a little more bearable.
Highly recommend! The facility is very clean, well maintained, and secure, but the best part is the excellent service from the manager. She is so helpful and made the decision easy for us. The great service is what sealed the deal for us!
Kelly is hands down the best employee here! I called many time requesting information and every time, she picked up and I was greeted with charm and class. She was very informative and knew the answer to every question I had. Although the storage facility did not quite have what I needed, the phone call experience with Kelly made it unforgettable. Will keep this location in mind for future storage.
I was just up there and I spoke to Kelly she was so amazing and helped us through what we needed she is the sweetest and I’m glad I got to speak to her!!
