Customer service was good but my unit is 2019 and it’s hot up there …walking from the car to my unit to store stuff I be dripping with sweat and I’ve seen others there complaining about it also because downstairs near the office is cool but upstairs is a sauna …I’m looking to switch to a unit downstairs or imma have to move to a different facility
