Carissa Martin is a fabulous employee…..she made renting a unit so easy.
Carissa was very professional and very helpful. Transaction for a storage space went very well
I didn't have any issues really. The only thing I think they can improve on is communicating when they are about to increase the storage price I had my storage unit for about 3 years and it went up twice in the 3 years which wasn't bad.
It's a good price and it's clean. Can they fix the large pot holes around the building? It would make it easier to drive completely around the units without trying to avoid the big pothole there in the side.
