I rented my unit in Dec. 2017. I live in a tiny apt, so therefore glad to have a secure place to keep stuff which I really should get rid of most. Rent has really increased in the 5 1/2 yrs. but what hasn't increased ??? Anytime I have had to reach out to a staff person, they have been helpful & very nice. Thank you.
The staff is really helpful. The website to make payment sucks. I can never get anything linked or even pay online. After the update, I can’t even link the units to my business partner to use on the app.

Shelli is the best person I have ever had help me. She is professional and excellent with her job. She was extremely efficient and was able to help me get into a unit. We need more people like Shelli in the service industry. She gets my highest recommendation. I’m thankful.
