Nice, clean and friendly people
Super nice when you’re signing your lease and then the lies start. I’ve had 3 price increases in 16 months. I was told I’d have electricity in my unit 30 days after signing lease…then 6 months later I was told they couldn’t put it in. A guy from corporate said he would put it in writing, but I trusted him and said it was ok, i should’ve had him put it in writing. I was also told I’d have access to the dumpster…this was also false.

Unit broken into/security not working I was insured but they don’t pay for older items I moved out
