Upon entering the store, it smelled very nice! Office was organized very neatly, and had an overall pleasant atmosphere. I was assisted by John and he had the best personality and kept me laughing the entire time...very personable. He took his time and explained in depth every aspect of what entails renting a unit. I wasn't quite sure which size I needed, so he showed me each unit of the sizes I thought I needed and I was glad I didn't do the online app for what I thought I wanted because turned it I needed a bit more space.... read more
John was very friendly and great to talk to as he got us set up with our storage unit. He made sure we paid the best price and had the best experience possible. Most definitely have been recommending Store Local.
The facility is very clean and accommodating. The man Mr. John Smith is a very personable person and was a pleasure to meet. He made sure he did everything that he could to make sure that what I needed in a unit was affordable for me. I would recommend this storage unit if someone asks me!!!!!
John was so helpful in setting up my son’s storage unit for the summer. He made it so easy for us from afar! He was knowledgeable and courteous and was very kind to my son when he came to move in. My son said the storage unit was just as described. Definitely recommend for summer storage for students at UTK! Update- We will definitely return in the spring. I was super impressed with the condition of the facility, super clean, well maintained & Ventilated and easy to access! Thank you again!
Could not be happier with my experience. Website very easy to navigate and quickly secured storage. Once onsite, John provided white glove service with a personal tour and walk-through of all the amenities. Extremely clean, climate-controlled facility and an outstanding value.
