I was one of the original tenants when the facility opened as Keylock. The staff was helpful, the site was easy to use. Keylock was 5star. I give Storelocal 3stars. They ruled that customers with outside parking sites couldn't have entry to the inside facilities, including the restroom. This made no sense, and was very inconvenient. Also, often the gates would not open as they should. I give the local manager, Rachale, 5stars.
