Avoid this place. I was charged multiple times for a “Protection Plan” I never agreed to, even after providing proof of my own insurance. Over the course of several months, I reached out repeatedly (10+ times) and received no response. The only time anyone engaged was after I escalated well beyond their normal contact channels. At that point, instead of resolving the issue, I was told I needed to upload my insurance to a third-party site—something that had never been mentioned before.
