After 20 years this place treated us very rudely and accused my wife of being rude. I have a business too and treat my customers with respect and value our long term customers. Not here! New owners, New vets, Real jerks. You'll never get another penny!

My kitten is sick, and appointments made in advance are scheduling into December. I was told to call same day right away in the morning (7:30am) to get a same day spot. I started calling at 7:28am, got through at 7:31, and was told no openings were left. You should be able to prioritize current clients was sick animals better than this.

Worst service and care I have ever received when dealing with my animals... A few years ago I brought in my Old English bulldog (she was sick) and was highly offended by everything and the way they treated me, plus over charging for there services... My dog was sick and they insisted on doing all these x-rays and tests... costing over $500 to tell me that my dog had an enlarged heart..
