1. Lock on our room door was broken. Despite many promises and a toolkit left in the room from someone who tried to repair it, the lock went I repaired, and we remained afraid to leave things in our room. We were lied to when they said it would be fixed. 2. Food service is obscenely slow. Two hours to sit at dinner was too long to wait for marginal food. 3. Not a good place to work. They hired a girl and because the owner didn’t like her was told not to return. It then took them over a month to pay her for the night. The people working are supposed to split tips and they put it in the check. They did not include her share of tips from that night. She put in 10 1/2 hours and supposedly didn’t earn any tips? I think not. Very hard working honest girl who didn’t deserve to be treated like that. Would not recommend this atmosphere to anyone.
Their staff could be friendlier.

We are terribly sorry for the confusion in your reservation and understand your frustration in not being able to stay with us. Family vacations take a lot of planning and we really do feel horribly about you being unable to stay with us. All tentative reservations are released when deposits are not made and confirmation communications are not responded to.
