I will NEVER use them again and highly recommend you find another company. During the process of renovating my home, due to a leaky toilet on my upstairs level, my insurance suggested that we use company A, B, or C to repair. I went with their first recommendation, Stratton and they did get to work. During the process, they managed to break a tile while they were taking off baseboards and tried to hide it from me and their supervisor. When I contacted him about it he had no idea that it was broken. They also broke my entertainment center and didn't tell me about it either. They did try to repair it without telling me as well, but while moving it back into place when they were finished with the floors, it snapped and our 60" TV almost fell to the floor, that is how we noticed the break and their attempt to fix. We were lucky it didn't fall to the floor. My hand was injured in the process.
When work was complete -- TWO very long months later on a job that should have been finished in half the time, but because they told me they would be there at 9 and then I would get a call that my work was being pushed back two days because the crew that was supposed to come had to go somewhere else, multiple times this happened and it was very frustrating -- I signed off on all paperwork and paid for any additional work that I had them do on top of insurance. They said that they would turn things into insurance for anything else and thanked me for my business. Fast forward to six months later, where they send me a bill for $2000+, stating that I still owe them money. I asked for a copy of the bill in black and white so I could see where I owed. I was sent two separate bills, bills that my contractor never showed me. When I stated that, they told me he had been fired and couldn't be reprimanded for his mistake, but that I owed the money. I tried to set up arrangements to pay over 6 months, since they sent me the bill six months later, but they told me I had to pay interest. I thought it was only fair since that is how long they took to get me the bill. After emails back and forth, I asked for a phone call and the owner emailed me back and told me there was nothing further to discuss and that I owed them the money with interest or they would be turning it in to credit. They are liars and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I want something stating that this is a final bill from them so that six months later down the road I won't get another one, but they are failing to provide it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!
