We have been with stream energy for 11 years. For our loyalty we are paying more for our electricity than somebody just switching Stream I will be looking elsewhere for my electricity. Stream is the new TXU. You will be begging me back before I'm begging you back. Just like everybody else on here that's complaining that's been with Stream for a long time. Everybody else is paying 10 cents a kilowatt hour and I'm paying 13.2 for my loyalty I do not recommend. And you think I've sent them a ton of business now I've got to go ... read more
They have been great to work with. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because there is a pretty stringent policy about getting assistance when you get in a bind. Sometimes it takes more than one time to catch up on a bill. However, my experience has been great!
I have been with Stream for over 15 years and have been treated fairly. You pay on time, you have service. You do not (you'll get a reminder) and then PITCH BLACK! Set up payment reminders. 😊
I had a major data leak of all my information online so I had to cancel auto pay and all my credit cards and debit cards and I unfortunately waiting for the debit cards got behind in my payments. I had a disconnect set for February 26, 2024 but I wasn’t going to get any money till I get my disability check on March 3, 2024 .I talked to Patricia on the live chat and she was very kind understanding, and courteous And helped me get a One time extension so I could pay it when My money comes in on the third. Thank you so much.!!!
My request to change to a monthly average billing amount was handled and completed within five minutes. I'm very pleased with prompt service.
