I purchased a 1978 Ford F-100 truck in January of 2021 and still have not been able to title the vehicle in Texas. This is due to lack of proof of transaction from previous seller. It is the responsibility of the seller to ensure that i have all documentation required to prove ownership and transfer of title and complete the transaction.

It was unfortunate that the problem with the new registration was that the state of TX would not accept the current tag receipt for a non-titled vehicle, nor proof of the title registration that was presented from (3) previous sales prior to the last owner. Fortunately, we were able to obtain a current title for you to transfer ownership to receive a TX title.
