James was very knowledgeable concerning the vehicle we were interested in. When we arrived to inspect the car, he carefully explained all details about the history, mods, needed maintenance, etc. Before settling on the car, he browsed the entire warehouse and answered questions about other vehicles we may be interested in- no pressure to purchase at anytime. Ultimately we purchased the original vehicle, but he sparked our interest in other possible purchases. It was a very enjoyable process.
