HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH PAM. Says she has been in the business for years. comes off very egotistic and rude. i would not recommend her to ANYONE. Does not have any customer service skills. She is most definitely the person to avoid in a dealership, no reason to be nice to some people and rude to others. Firm believer in equality
"BUYER BEWARE!! Bought a 1968 Camaro here because I..." BUYER BEWARE!! Bought a 1968 Camaro here because I believed that buying such an expensive classic car from a reputable car dealership would be more safe than buying one from a private party. Throughout the whole process I was disappointed. From the response time of the inquiry, to the follow up on the car. The sales people would never call me, I would always be the first one to call and they made it seem like they were the ones doing me the favor by selling me the car. ... read more
"Good and bad" It has been a couple months since I purchased my vehicle. Remember buyer be ware. Street Side is the middle man. They claim no responsibility to claims made on description of vehicle. I asked to speak to previous owner and they said he refused and did not want contact with me. Now I know why. Description said it had a 4L60E trans and when I had it checked it was a 700R. It had leaks of oil and other problems. $1000 in repairs later. I felt Street Side should have addressed these problems before selling this ve... read more

"No integrity or honesty" I was lied to about the car and as a result, the car caught on fire the first day on the road. My son was in the car when it caught fire and my brother received burns from trying to save the car. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend Streetside Classics because of their dishonesty.
Business response:
Galaxie500, First and foremost, I want to emphasize that Streetside Classics never, ever wants our customers to receive an unsafe vehicle that puts them in harm’s way. For this reason, we strongly encourage our potential buyers to come see the vehicle in-person (which you did) and hire a 3rd party vehicle inspection prior to their purchase (which you did). If the buyer does not have an inspector they trust, we offer referrals when needed (which we did). Had any safety concerns been mentioned after the inspection, we absolute... read more
"Awful customer service" Robin is overrated. After they got my money, they didn't care. Customer service was awful. First car I bought didn't make it 20 miles home. It broke down. I gave them a second chance. It was another horrible experience. Beware of this dealership. As my dad always said"people sell cars for a reason".. Street Side classic cars have horrible customer relations after the purchase. And Robin Lane is the worst..

Norder, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy your experience with us. However, not one person in this showroom ever stops caring about our buyers or consignors. From the moment we meet, our buyers and consignors are part of the Streetside Classics family forever. We understand that your first experience was unique and we made things right when we realized what was wrong, which is why I believe you came back to see us again. We will always try to make things right. Your second experience required additional time and patience du... read more
"Lies I was told to get a sale by 3 salespersons at ssc" I’m writing again just to warn anybody going through these people. They seem professional and honest but the salespeople at streetside classics will tell you whatever they can to sell you a car. They lied to me about very specific and important components of the vehicle I bought that I was completely overcharged and strait swindled by these people. Don’t go there without a full mechanic and tools to check on what you’re. buying and what they’re telling you you’re buyin... read more
"Horrible" Terrible. I think I was lied to since day one. Purchased a Land Cruiser that was told it was in top notch ready to go rebuilt engine and everything. I even when with a pre inspection service company they recommended and had a bad experience with them as well. They are all connected. Truck has been in and out the shop since I bought it back in June 18 and just got it out Oct 18 last week for more problems. Every time I drive it there is always a problem. One of the many scary things is that my brake booster went ou... read more

Dear Nicolas, It’s unfortunate to hear you did not enjoy your experience with Streetside Classics. We appreciate any and all feedback, and have reviewed your concerns. I’d like to clarify a few facts. We are aware that you drove your Land Cruiser for an extended distance prior to bringing these issues to our attention, therefore it is difficult to determine the origin of the issues. We make sure our descriptions are detailed, accurate and we educate customers as much as possible before accepting a consignment or finalizing a... read more
