Product is fine.. We purchased windows. However, employees need improvement.. Employees should not smoke while working on windows,plus they left a mess in one of our bedrooms and did not clean up. I had to ask them to not smoke ,and they did comply.. I had to call them and asked when they were planning to schedule the install.They said the following week, but they showed up the very next day .... We are definitely disappointed in the work that was done. They had to come back out to repair several things they damage and they use pieces that didn’t match to make the repairs. Now I have a large water leak in my roof! Terribly disappointed.
They did a fairly good job. About the same as any roofer. I would go with someone else, honestly. They bribe people to give them good reviews which is why they have so many good reviews. They tell you that you will be in a "drawing" for a cash prize, but my review was the ONLY new review for several months and I never got a prize. It's fake.
