Really great service and environment at an affordable price. I was helped very quickly when I got there at my appointment time. Everything was explained very clearly, and recommended fixes were pointed out and not pushed on me at all. Will come back again!

They have great customer service and do the work well, but their prices are exorbitant. I'd get a second opinion first before I go here. You'll see the other place you go to will be a lot cheaper.

Had a battery replacement, which i thought was over priced, however, the core charge was never deducted from the final bill. That wasn't very nice.

Everyone was really nice and very helpful.. I will be back for future car repairs. Being able to see what's going on while my car is being fixed and getting constant updates was reassuring.

True to it's name my experience was indeed stress free. On a Sat. afternoon, I was just arriving in town from AZ, when the check engine came on. I could only hope that they could see me that same day. I was told to come on in and they quickly assessed the problem and promised to to complete it before day's end. They even provided an Uber to my destination while they worked on the car! The job was completed exactly as promised and the estimate I had been given was exactly what I paid. I went to Stress-Free Auto Care with hopes on them finding the problem with my care and fixing it that day..I was stressed out because all else had failed and I needed to get to work the next day amongst all the other things I need to do on a daily..Long story short The first person I spoke with when I got there was very courteous and professional and very reassuring on the problem..Bottom line within an hour they solved the problem and had it fixed and running better than ever. Finally an honest auto repair shop. The dealership said we had to replace our AC condenser for $1300. Brad, at Stress-Free called and said our compressor was fine. They recharged the unit and saved us $1,000. Thanks

Brad and Kenny were incredible. Mossy Honda quoted us $1300 for AC repair on a 2013 Civic. We asked Brad to replace the condenser and recharge the AC. He gave me an estimate of $800 then called and said your condenser is fine. No need to replace it. They recharged the system for $330, gave us a free loaner for the day, and sent us on way Foe a$1,000 less than Mossy Honda. Stress-free has a customer for life. Mossy Honda... never again.
