Finding a trustworthy mechanic while traveling can be stressful, but Stress-Free Auto Care truly lived up to its name. While celebrating the Fourth of July weekend in San Francisco, I hit a severe pothole that caused a major coolant leak. Since it was a Sunday, most repair shops were closed. I was there for a total of 30 minutes stress free.I was there so they can performed a smog check on my car.Its a XC60 Volvo 2016-After the smog check passed .it send an electronic report to DMV and I received an email from DMV that the registration card and the year 2027 was on the way.Thats why I choose Stress -Free Auto Care.

I went to Stress-Free Auto Care to get an oil change for my Honda Civic. Not only were they incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, but they also did the oil change for a cheaper price than other places I have gone in San Francisco. They also did an inspection of my car and let me know other issues that may need to be addressed in the future, but weren't pushy about getting me to do additional services for my car. I'll be back!

Easy, trustworthy, reasonable. I had them change the oil. They pointed out some minor issues without me feeling upsold. Oil change was about $100 which is cheaper than the drive through spots. They got me a Lyft home so I didn't have to wait there. Will be going back for all my automotive needs.

Vehicle - 2007 Nissan Murano (a classic!!) Had to have vehicle towed to the shop - unknown issues. A bit tricky as it required diagnostic and back and forth to figure out all the issues. Pricing is as expected although there are charges also for diagnostics that take a bite as well. I have had work done at other shops over the years and Stress Free is one best but not necessarily the cheapest. I have tried cheaper auto shops before and you sometimes end up paying for rework ($$+$$).
