These guys are extremely nice and very professional. Easter weekend everyone was closed and this was the only spot open I'm all the way in the mission district..came in with a completely dead cgot my car towed here, they ran a diagnostic and got me out quick. I came here expecting to get a big bill, but they were very honest .

I was stuck for easter weekend and could not find a shop open where I could take my van, that suddenly died on me. AAA guy could not get my car to start when he jump started it. Found these guys, and had my van towed here on Sunday. They were very helpful, appreciated how honest they were and had me in and out fast. Needed new rotors and brake pads, set up a Yelp "project" and received responses and offers from a few businesses. Received a price from Stress-Free that included an offer to match the best price. I had one really low offer, which they matched, and I had them do the work. Very happy with the experience, and George in the Geary location provided excellent service. I will use them again.

I brought in my 2020 Subaru Outback with a lot of things wrong - I hadn't had it serviced in a while, and it needed a lot of replacements - these guys are honest, hardworking and reliable with communication. I could text them asking for updates and hear back within the hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The pricing was reasonable and I was provided with a full work up of everything that needed to be fixed and I could accept or decline each individual thing. I'd highly recommend :)

Came here to get a flat tire taken care of and ended up needing to get two of them replaced. They were great with communicating throughout the process and I was able to get my car back pretty quickly. I also ended up getting insurance for the two tires for less than $100 which gives me a 100% discount on repairs for the tires for the next year, 50% for the following year and 25% for the third year. I thought it was a great deal and I would come back here again.

Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful! They have a modern, easy to use online system. They send thorough reports on your car and don't pressure you to do unnecessary work. You can even watch your car get worked on if you need to
