Had a great experience with the facility in Bolingbrook. it was so refreshing to received such professional service at an oil change facility. Daniel took the time to answer my questions and offer to change my filters for free. I brought my own oil and filters. They took care of me exceptionally well. I will definetly be retuning.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The guys at the Hurricane, WV store are great they even offered me a bottle of water as I got there. They topped off all my fluids, checked the tire pressure, and the lights. He also showed me the air filter when recommending I get a new one instead of just telling me like other places do. But what topped it off for me was that the coupon I had wouldn't work for me and the gentleman that was taking care of me told me about one that would and patiently waited until I could find it online. I’ve used Strickland Brother’s 2 times in the past, and I am currently here for my 3rd time. When I drove up to the Hartsville, SC location, the nice man came out and asked me to come back at 3pm after their lunch break, however when I explained that I had to hurry to pick my kid up from a birthday party, Big T didn’t hesitate when telling me to come around and in minutes my oil was changed.
