Great service! Craft, Joe, and Terry were great to work with. Never got out of my car and was done in 10 mins. I only wish they also rotated tires as well. Will be going back for all my oil changes. Went to the one in Florence, SC on N Cashua.

Was very friendly. Told me what was going on and checked everything. Had a loose cap on oil, they told me about it and made sure it was tightened as it should be. Very efficient.

So I am new to Shelbyville TN. I went to Strickland to get service and was treated very well. I had CA plates and worried I would be slightly judged.. but nope! Very professional and warm people who even gave treats to my loud obnoxious German Shepard’s! I feel at home !!! Thank you to the staff … John

Wow! What a great experience! The techs were professional and quick. I didn't even have to leave my car. They showed me my cost upfront...I got to choose my service. Boom! I"ll never put off or dread an oil change again!
