RecommendedCame in for an Oil Change and Inspection. Very Friendly and Knowledgeable Crew. Got to sit in car for Oil Change. Less than 10 minutes! Of course got out of the car for the Inspection part but still a TERRIFIC experience! Would Highly recommend! .

Today I saw an older gentleman with the hood up on his truck in the Allegacy Federal Credit Union drive through. He needed assistance and went to Strickland Brothers next door for help. One of the workers immediately went over and jumped the truck off. It was really heartwarming to see this young man quickly help someone on an extremely cold day. Awesome job supporting your community!

I went today for the first time. (Illinois Road, Fort Wayne) Great, efficient service. It really was 10 minutes. The technicians were professional and courteous, even showing me how to reset my car's oil change reminder. Best experience I've ever had at an oil change business.

I've been going to SB since they've opened in our area. I went today after the display in my vehicle had been alerting me to do so. After giving all of my information, they informed me that I didn't need an oil change for another 2k miles. Apparently, my car is set up to notify at 3k miles instead of 5k. they could have easily taken my money and not said a word. Instead, they filled my coolant & washer fluid and even changed the settings in my car to notify me at 2k when I'll actually need my next change, and switch it to ... read more

Fast and friendly! I personally LOVE that I’m not forced out if the car into another room. I needed an oil change while out of my hometown and they’re great! I’ll definitely go back if I happen to need another one while on my frequent visits.
