I have been a customer for more than 10 years. Everyone is friendly, they work quickly. If they are “busy” they tell you upfront. Only once I made a decision to run some errands and come back. Upon returning I was the next car to receive service. Their waiting area is always clean and comfortable place to wait. If there is something extra needed, someone comes to explain the situation - the customer calls the shots. They don’t hand someone an unexpected bill - that means a lot especially if you are a woman.
