Everything is just fine. The guys working there are great. My only compliant is my Ford Expedition is a V8 and used a large diameter oil filter. Your shop used the oil filter for the V6 which is a small diameter oil filter. I found this out last year when I changed my own oil and went to advanced auto to get an oil filter. After looking up the oil filter replacement number and picking up the new filter I told the employee that the new filter I am buying is larger than the filter currently on the car.
