They meet me at my car when I pulled up. I told them what service I needed, went inside to leave cell. When I returned they greeted me at the car I left with and gave us a cold bottle of water. Didn't expect them to remember what I left in or to greet me upon returning. Very pleased they did because it was a rainy day and that just showed me they really appreciate my business. They left my car exactly how I dropped it off. Also no wait.

I was in and out quickly. They do always try to get me to buy the higher price oil change. In the waiting area if you listen closely they give the same to each customer......you are a quart low; therefore, we have to recommend moving to the synthetic oil. I’ve heard them give it to multiple people during a visit.
