They meet me at my car when I pulled up. I told them what service I needed, went inside to leave cell. When I returned they greeted me at the car I left with and gave us a cold bottle of water. Didn't expect them to remember what I left in or to greet me upon returning. Very pleased they did because it was a rainy day and that just showed me they really appreciate my business. They left my car exactly how I dropped it off. Also no wait.

I was in and out quickly. They do always try to get me to buy the higher price oil change. In the waiting area if you listen closely they give the same to each customer......you are a quart low; therefore, we have to recommend moving to the synthetic oil. I’ve heard them give it to multiple people during a visit.

The guys are very thorough and fast at the same time. They’re always courteous to me and very respectful to all the customers, not just me. Thank y’all very much and I plan to see ya each time I need services.

Everyone who works at Strickland is wonderful. The manager is honest and keeps an eye on everything. I know when I go there they are going to give me good advice and are not going to recommend work that does not need to be done.
