The actual work was done good. Nice guys. Waited over 2 hours because oil filter wasn’t there

This was my first time at Strickland Brothers. I was a little skeptical. However people like Amadeus and Steve made sure that I had a good experience even though I was there for over 1 hour. The problem wasn't with them, but rather with my 2015 mirage. Apparently Mitsubishi put the oil filter on so tight that they thought only they could get it off. Awesome customer service. Amadeus has excellent customer service. I had a card for discount and young guy didn’t give it to me he told me to ask for him next time and he would make it right. Was sad Jonathon was no longer there bc he was great. Will be returning to Strickland brothers for next oil change.
It was great. Attendant answered all my questions politely. And everything was clean and efficient.
