The guys were extremely professional. They were very organized and their procedures for getting cars in, serviced, and out again, made it very easy to see visually, and to experience that they actually perform the work you ordered for the car.They operate very similar to how we operated in the Navy where orders are called out, echoed and confirmed. I have never seen a service operation run so professionally outside of the military anywhere.

Got an inspection in and out in no time. Gave me a coupon for an oil change and told me all car services were sent to carfax, which I didn't know. Saving me time and money from having to drive an hour away to the dealership I bought my car from to have services on file.Great guys, would definitely recommend

Service was good. I had lunch next door. I offered to leave my cell phone number in case they had any questions, but was told they would come find me if they needed me. . When I picked up my car, they mentioned high mileage oil and I said that high mileage was definitely my preference but I didn’t think to mention it. . They said that they just followed the precedence that was set by the last oil change I had and used regular oil, I would rather have been asked which I preferred.
