Fast, friendly, professional.
I was greeted promptly, and waited less than 5 minutes. The attendant had my history of past oil changes and knew what was needed. All fluids were topped off, and air and cabin filter checked. Mine were very dirty so I asked them to change them and they gave me a discount. I had received a coupon last month for an oil change and that was also used for this oil change.
