Took my 04 Mini Cooper S to have the oil changed. The last time I was there they stripped the bolt when they were trying to get the oil out. They had to put a temp plug in. I noticed the lady in front of me yesterday had the same problem. That seems like a ongoing problem at Strickland Bro. Other than that everything went very well. The young man that changed my oil was very nice.
