They were awesome!!! They ask how my day was going up to that point I went to a local business and had horrible customer service. So day wasn’t starting our very good. They were genuine about how my day was going I told them they were great and they made the other experience get push. There are still good people who still care and they are working at Strickland Brothers!! Kudos for your customer service training!!!!
