I had to stop them to get a quote on pricing. The were going to go ahead and give me the $69.99 oil change without even asking. When they had completed the oil change, I paid but then had to ask for the window sticker. When I got it, it showed my next oil change was due at 18,400 miles - - my car has over 150,000 on it. This was a pretty sloppy example of customer service. Not sure if I will be back.
