I was in and out of there in 45 minutes, and didn’t have an appointment. Price was right, & technician was personable. The day before I had had an appointment at a competitors, Chapel Hill Tire. They made me wait two hours in the heat, and I finally had to ask for my keys back! This place was great!

It all started off efficiently enough--I was greeted right when I entered the store and asked what I needed. They got my truck into the bay quickly, but there seemed to be a lot of standing around and inactivity while my truck was in there. The people are friendly, and the woman that was running the place clearly knew what was going on. But, like I said, there was also a feeling of disorganization kind of surrounding the whole setup.
