Visiting from out of town and needed an oil change. Very friendly employees, provided me a military discount, replaced stripped drain plug for free and ensured I didn't drive away with a leaky filter. All around great experience... thank you so much!!

This was my first visit to any Strickland Brothers Oil Change, and I was quite pleased. I usually go to their largest competitor but I wanted to try this new-to-the-area place, especially with a coupon that came in the mail. I found that the experience was very similar to that of their main competitor, except without the lengthy wait times. The service rep Pat that assisted me was friendly, professional, and did not apply undue pressure for additional services. I recommend this business and I plan on returning.

Patrick helped me. He communicated with me during the whole process on what they were doing. I heard them talking to each other doubling checking their work. I felt confident about the job they performed and even showed me my new oil level at the end. Very great customer service.
